Spicy Cinnamon Toast Popcorn

 

It's movie night, and while there's bound to be a discussion on whether a chick flick or an action movie is on the cards, there shouldn't be a compromise on how your popcorn should be popped. By that we mean microwaved popcorn is a BIG no-no. Grab yourself a nice pot with a matching lid. Pour about 3 tablespoons of Purple Panda into the pot and let it heat up. Pour in about half a cup of kernels. Keep the heat on high and close the top. It's about to get poppin' so as soon as it does, turn the heat down to medium and start shaking. Every 20 seconds or so, just to keep everything even.

Once all the ruckus dies down, turn off the heat and take the lid off (CAREFUL! There will be steam). Transfer everything to a big mixing bowl. Drizzle with some more Purple Panda, kosher salt, cinnamon, and some sugar. Give everything a nice toss making sure every kernel gets some love. Walla! You've got yourself a sweet, salty and spicy treat that's sure to appease all corners of your taste buds.
